This Basic Life Support class will be taught by Mike Hain, an American Heart Association instructor. You will learn what to do in case of a sudden emergency for someone who is choking or having a heart attack.

Training Fee: $35. For AHA certificate, an additional $20. Bring a sack lunch, a water bottle, comfortable clothes. Limited spots. Get your ticket here.

Learning these skills is a vital opportunity to help your community, especially during the critical first hour after an earthquake when stabilizing a situation can prevent serious escalation.
