In 2018 we furthered our mission by continuing to host MYN meetings in MWJN blocks (now up to to 13!) We have begun plans for all blocks to have follow up meetings and exercises.
In April we hosted a successful Work Party in the Jessica Triangle.
In June we held our second annual Potluck in the Park – great opportunity to meet new and old neighbors and have a great meal.
In July, we hosted a First Aid and CPR Training taught by Mike Hain of Los Feliz. About 20 neighbors are now better prepared to help in a medical emergency.
In October we participated in the ASNC Disaster Preparedness Town Hall, featuring a presentation on the 2017 CERT/MYN joint resources drill.
